Sigma Sensors offers accredited as well as traceable wafer calibration service for both our wafers (Sigma Sensors / TekSense) as well as 3rd party wafers such as KLA Tencor Sensarray.
Sigma Sensors performs on-site Thermal Calibrations from -60 °C to +200 °C both ISO17025:2017 accredited as well as non-accredited, traceable. Both are offered in-person or remote onsite with our innovative Lab2Go Narrow Band Industrial IoT and/or web-based cloud server system, enabling remote monitoring, logging and automated issuance of calibration certificates.
